Application Procedure
The Otolaryngology residency program match will be handled through the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP). Students may register with the NRMP beginning in June.
Students applying to our program will also need to register with ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). Residency applications, recommendation letters, transcripts, USMLE Step 1 and 2 scores etc., will be sent to our program through ERAS.

The Otolaryngology Residency Review Committee will screen all applicants and invitations will be issued. Those selected for an interview will be notified via ERAS. Upon receipt of the invitation, please call (502) 561-7268 or email ent@louisville.edu to arrange an interview according to the following schedule:

The interview days begin at 7:00 a.m. and end at approximately 1:00 p.m. Candidates will have interviews with both the Otolaryngology faculty and residents. Residents will accompany the residency candidates throughout the day and will join them for lunch as well.

Clinking continue will take you out of the Otolaryngolgy Residents section and into the Otolaryngolgy Division section.
