Resident Olympics

The Department of Surgery recently held its Fiftth Annual Resident Olympics, an event that focuses on several different skills-building activities, March 8 - 10. The objective of the program is to provide hands-on skills training for general surgery residents.

Activities included:
  • Laparoscopic Suturing
  • Vascular Anastomosis
  • FLS Peg Transfer Drill
  • 6-0 Prolene Knot Tying
  • Facial Closure
  • Operation Game
